TOP RATED LG CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Top Rated LG is a full service marketing company that uses several different marketing techniques to bring renters and companies together. Top Rated LG provides a service to timeshare owners who wish to rent out their timeshare properties to corporate clients generating profits on their unused time. With Top Rated LG all fees are due upon activation of services.
If Top Rated LG refuses a timeshare owner from being a new member or a renewing member then the owner will be offered a full refund. Membership cancellations made by owners within 10 business days of registration will receive a full refund. Owner is requested to provide notification of cancellation in writing by email to [email protected]. Cancellations made after the stated deadline of 10 business days will NOT be eligible for a refund. All incentives and benefits received by members must be returned or cancelled before a refund can be submitted. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used.
The policies listed above pertain to all members of Top Rated LG unless otherwise noted in the appropriate membership materials. Please refer to your individual membership agreement.
TOP RATED LG EVENT REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION BY SPONSOR
If Top Rated LG cancels an event, registrants will be provided with a full refund.
If Top Rated LG postpones an event due to unforeseen circumstances that arise, Top Rated LG has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer the registration fees for the same event at the new date chosen.
CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
The deadline to receive a full refund of your registration is 45 business days before the scheduled event.
If the event is cancelled due to Covid-19 then certain exceptions may apply.
Cancellations received after the 45 day window will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise noted in your registration documents. Please refer to your individual registration documents for more details.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will NOT be eligible for a refund unless it is related to Covid-19.
Refunds will not be available for participants who decided not to attend the event.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the participant listed in the registration documents unless otherwise noted.
Refund requests must include the name of the participant and the transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment
